  • Muscat Microragago

The dry wines of these regions have a rare and complex aromatic character. They are reminiscent of aromas of rose, mint, unripe fruits such as green apple and the special aroma of grapefruit, apricot, pineapple, honey and bergamot.

They are characterized as wines of moderate acidity and high alcohol content.

The sweet wines of the variety have, among other things, a strong taste of cocoa, chocolate and green coffee.

  • Merlot

The hottest and trendiest red variety, Merlot, has a unique ability to play with the senses, while its most important quality is that it gives a very wide range of monovarietal wines: from pleasant and easy to drink to robust and grandiose.

It is lively, fertile, moderately productive, sensitive to downy mildew and cicadas, and relatively sensitive to botrytis.

  • Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is one of those varieties that are characterized as aromatic, that is, they have a lot of intensity on the nose.

Its aromas can be described as green fruit (mainly gooseberry) and freshly cut grass.

In the mouth it has a medium to high alcohol content, medium body and refreshing, accentuated acidity.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon, is the most renowned red variety in the world for producing fine red wines that withstand decades of aging in the bottle.

Perhaps the most amazing quality of Cabernet Sauvignon is that it can be grown in different regions and yet yield wines that are recognized as Cabernet Sauvignon, despite any climatic, growing or winemaking conditions.

  • Agiorgitiko

The Agiorgitiko variety (also known as Mavro Nemea, Mavroudi Nemea), is one of the finest and richest in color Greek red grape varieties.

It is a lively and highly productive plant. The most suitable formation shapes are cup-shaped and bilateral linear. It is susceptible to downy mildew, powdery mildew, infectious degeneration, drought and frosts.

  • Black Kalavritino

Mavro Kalavrytino is an indigenous red variety of the region of Kalavryta and in general of Mountainous Aegialia.

It is a variety that gives wines with medium color, several tannins, medium to full body and aromas reminiscent of red and black fruits, flowers and spices. Wines from this variety seem to have the ability to evolve for a few years in the bottle.

We find it in monovarietal wines but also in blends with local and international varieties.

  • Malagouzia

The Malagouzia variety gives wines of high grade, medium acidity, aromatic. There is also the finely grained Malagouzia variant, which gives a more aromatic wine.

  • Roditis

A lively plant, robust, fertile, productive, susceptible to downy mildew, infectious degeneration and jaundice, relatively drought-resistant.

It shows intense flowering under conditions of great liveliness.

It prefers slightly calcareous, medium-fertile soils and areas with altitude where the variety gives its best character.

It begins to germinate in early April, and matures after September 20.

Each fruit-bearing vine bears 2 grapes that exceed 450gr.

Berries with medium thin skin, pinkish-white, as a reddish color, and flesh soft as crispy, juicy, sweet and moderately aromatic.

In the suitable soils of mountainous areas and with moderate yields per vine, Roditis can give remarkable dry wines, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity, with a good aroma.
